About the Company
VIDA is a youth organisation focused on providing sports, arts, education and early employment, at the heart of communities in central Manchester. We provide a range of activities improving social activity, fitness and mental health in young people. Our programmes assist with Manchester's crime prevention projects and anti-social behaviour issues in communities of low income houses, surrounded by negative behaviours. We as an organsation aim to increase the number of activities in these areas, creating safer environments, future entrepreneurs, while reducing the stress from families in need. Our staff and volunteers understand the challenges face in these environments, where young children can be negatively influenced. Having an increased number of mentors and role models in the communities of Manchester, can drive the next generation with brighter, more positive futures.
